grass alway's seems greener in someone else's pasture until you get there than you find out its all the same.you may find out his grass may actually have more problems than your's and it was alway's better to be on your own side.

Most of the time it is not. The person thats lawn surfing usually just wanted a change of scenery. When they get it, they deeply regret it....but this is just what I have been told.
