What about posting your accion in the local newspaper? Maybe someone closer to Heredia might want to buy some shares of Water Land. I went years ago, it;s great but I dont live there anymore. Put an ad in the newspaper and see if some one wants it. Good luck!

Not really. I love Costa Rica and plan to visit again soon, but I couldn't imagine buying land there.
