Loads of water, 2 strong pain killers and as much sleep as you can get! When you wake up EAT EAT EAT!!!
You need to replace calories fast to give you energy. Dont try to eat while you still feel rough. Sleep.

giant bottle water with 4 ibuprofen (or percocets if youve got em!)
If you are at work, pretend the florecent light bulb went out so you dont have to sit under the "sun", blinded with a headache.

Gatorade...I swear by it. It helps to replace those electrolytes. And helps rehydrate you. Eat a big lunch to help absorb.
