Stupid, isnt it?

Another way this doesnt make sense:
Woman and man agree to terminate pregnancy. Woman tells man to punch her in the stomache. Man is charged with murder for killing fetus. Woman 'had an abortion' so she broke no laws-no charges at all.

Mainly because without the woman, the fetus could not survive, and she has a right to not be forced to carry a child she doesn't want--it sounds like slavery to me. On the other hand, the man is killing the fetus even though he doesn't have to suffer through the physical effects of pregnancy, and have his body used for something he doesn't want.

Good question. I've been wondering the same thing. Same case just about everywhere, not only Ohio. In my mind, any killing of an unborn baby should be classified as murder unless the life of the mother is at stake or a woman is sexually violated.

Are you referring to the Bobby cutts stuff, and the Ohio woman, Jessie Davis...?

Revise your question, it makes no sense!
