Click on the interactive map of the Montreal Metro subway stations and you will be able to see the nearby streets, points of interest, and be able to find the Biodome.
As others have said, take a look at the Viau metro stop. The Biodome is the strange turtle-shaped building next to the Olympic Stadium, so it is hard to miss it.

Viau on the green line towards Honoré Beaugrand.
Walk up the hill on Viau boulevard.

It's called the Metro, but sadly I can't remember. The one after Pie-IX.
