I finally thought after the last big Intifadah that things were going to get better,

and then Bush the genious decided he wants us to "vote" and now we have Fatah and Hamas destroying Gaza..

Do you think the current situation in Gaza could end up spreading into the West Bank Territory?

What do you suppose is the best solution for the current problem with the opposing parties Fatah and Hamas?

Anyone looking at this from the outside agrees with you.
can't they see that they are only serving the purpose of the ennemy? that united is the only way to achieve anything?

But, we don't know what's happening behind the curtains and who is pushing who and promising what, both sides seem like puppets in bigger hands.

The same scenario is playing here and we are being just as blind.

Fatah is now allied with israel. The International community supports fatah's existence. Israel declared yesterday that it will release the Fatah men who are held in prison. Hamas is not supported by any nation, except syria and iran, Hamas has 40 members of its parliament who are in israeli jail, and the can't participate in anything LOL!! Hamas wants to be hard headed and not cooperate with the rest of the world, they want to continue using violenece to get what they want, they believe that all palestinans support them, and they are killing their own brothers and sisters of palestine who are in fatah.

The same thing is occuring in lebanon. You have the Government (March 14) who is supported by the international world, and you have the opposition (March 8) who is supported by syria and iran. The opposition is being hard headed and not cooperating, not to mention assasinating political figures, and destroying the economic prosperity.

The best solution for the current problem with the opposing parties with fatah and hamas is for both of them to join hands, and to make peace with israel, stop firing rockets, and israel should stop doing operations. Both sides should release hostages and vow to NOT allow the people from hamas& fatah side carry operations on israel. Both of these states need to decide on rebuilding gaza and the west bank so that these two cities look nice like the rest of israel, hamas needs to stop recieveing funds and aid from iran, and the U.S and other world nations will work with both fatah and hamas and israel to get them what they want.......................Of course all this wont be possible without the opinion of the palestinan and israeli people, and their opinions is whats gonna ruin it, because governments and people have 2 different ideas.

Problem will always be there; Israel is occupying a territory the Palestine thinks its theirs; which is true.

Let me ask you a ?

If some Foreign country invaded lets say NJ and told you you have to obey our laws what would you do? Fight?

I dont like hamas and fatah either; Hezbollah is the most dangerous and if not careful they will be the first ones with Nuclear capability.

I hate them both too. I have no idea what the solution is, but I know that I don't like the US, Israel, or Palestine very much right now, at least in terms of governance.

It's ironic how the next day you see Mahmoud Abbas shaking hands with Olmert, and Hannia embracing Abbas as if nothing happened!

Put them in the blender, add a can of garbanzo beans, a little tahini, salt and lemon to taste, and voila, no more pain en ze asse, just hummous and bread. Yallah, let's eat, I'm hungry. I know, it's a bit lumpy, but you get used to it!
