i want to start making clothing and learn skills such a beading i live in ashton and work full time any ideas ?

Check with your school department, in the adult ed section. Often they will offer 8-week evening classes. In our town it just depends if anyone is available to teach for that semester.

You can learn beading from books or kits.

I learned from family members that sewed. (They used to teach it in school in home-ec.)

The best place is to look for stores or places like the local YWCA/YMCA that may offer classes. Also ask questions. Many of the people that work in places such as Jo-Ann Fabrics, do sew.
I learned beading from the internet and several books on beading. The most important thing is to make sure the beads are secure but not seen. Invisible thread helps that.

i no that micheals(or any other craft store) has classes you can take to learn how. these are not very expensive at all
