At what age should ?

we stop using our imagination? I noticed Santa Clause got busted because someone stoped using their imagination. and I was wondering how many other stories of the imagination will get busted too. When I first started using imagination it was such a fun time for learning while i grew but then a group circled Santa and busted the bubble, now all that can be seen are the people behind that scene. Life really is a theator and everyone an actor.

A person never stops uing their imagination.
It is something that can help keep us sane, open minded, and look at options we may not normally have.
How do you think people still write, paint, create, etc?
It is how you keep things in mind to entertain younger children and your friends as you grow up

There comes a time (age) when if you believe in such things you are made fun of so it is then time to tell the truth. I found out about Santa in school and when I went home and confronted my parents they dodged the question and an uncle told me that if I didn't believe in Santa I wouldn't get toys. It was kind of sad because I was then torn between toys and being picked on.
As an adult I have given a lot of thought on Santa and the Easter Bunny and I don't know how fair that is to do to children. I don't know if when I have children, I want to teach them about these things. First because I don't want my children to think these holidays are all about toys, when I feel strongly that it is a time for family, nor do I want to lie to them just to take it away when they are older.
Life is full of actors.

So what Santa Clause is fake ...is that really a big deal, cus that hasen't destroyed my imagination ...so i hope it hasen't destroyed yours.

Actually i would really favor if someone told me the truth for once, cus if we don't know the real truth ...how do we extinguish the insane from the sane, and the liars from the scholars.

So please, imagination was and always has been around, so what we learn a few facts among the way ...that's just the simplicity of being human.

You should never stop using your imagination - most of the professional jobs that are out there require the use of your imagination, it's just called "creative thinking" when you enter the business world. You just need to grow a bit more skeptical of things as you get older and come to your own conclusions about things.

Never. If we stopped using our imagination, we wouldn't exist. The world is based on everyone's perception of their reality and you need what we call "imagination" to be able to function that part of our brain.

Now, believing in myth is different from imagination.
You can chose to believe in it or not, depending on how your world revolves around the ideas the myths offer you.


Now, what's this about no Santa??? That is blasphemy!!!!!

Santa brings joy to children all over the world every year, Santa exists.

People never stop using their imagination. Many professions require the use of creative thinking, which in turn require imagination. Also, the world is how we percieve it to be, and so we must use our imagination to be able to percieve the world.
Using one's imagination isn't the same as believing in myth, though the two may be connected.

Once you stop using your imagination you loose creativity of your mind an open mind is a healthy Soul : )

That is why when you start to forget or don't use it the gift of children brings it back : )

NEVER stop using your imagination, please. this is all a part of the human psyche. we all imagine what life would be like with that " perfect someone " the " perfect job " a perfect home, perfect health, etc. without imagination one may lose all sense of hope, especially when things start going wrong.
