Wow, somepeople have very strong opinions about people that they have never met.
Wrestling is pretty much like a mans soap opra- Vince was a butt hole on the show, that was his character on the show so some people need to chill out and don't judge someone you don't know personally.
The whole Benoit thing has me puzzled, but yet again, we only knew Chris as the "Wrestler Chris Benoit" not the real person he was.
No one knows what happened and even though they are investigating the situation, (Supposably Benoit killed his child and wife during the weekend and then his self Monday) we may never know the true story, but one thing is for sure, any one who would kill a child is SICK!

ABCNews.com is now reporting that Lt. Tommy Pope of the Fayette County Sheriff's Department said that there were no signs of gunshot wounds or a stabbing, but they were not ruling out other causes such as poisoning, suffocation, or strangulation. According to ABC News, the sheriff’s department is looking at the situation as a “possible double murder, suicide.”
Pope also confirmed to ABC News that "the instruments of death were located on scene," but did not include details on what they were or where they were found. Pope added that their department is "not actively searching for any suspects outside of the house."
The autopsy on all three has been scheduled for 10 AM tomorrow morning, however, it could be weeks before the results are made available.

All I heard on the news that it was a murder suicide and that they found intstruments of death. What ever that means. Sounds like he may have snapped he lost two friends I guess in the last few weeks and asked for an emergency leave a couple days ago.

Police are saying that he killed his family over the weekend and himself on Monday. Autopsies will be performed today. Toxicology results will not be available for two weeks.

i think there is more too it, i would say there is someone else involved.... I E i think he was mirked, and set up to look like a suicide... But i dont know the facts, nor do any of you soo..... but more will come of this.. lets just hope good ole vinnie mac doenst have his dirty hands on this!

I just saw on CNN that he strangled his wife, smothered his son, and hung himself. That is unofficial as of right now, though. (A detective working the case supposedly leaked it out and it got to the press.)

So far it sounds llike they had a big blowup and (probably) he killed the wife, kid and himself. It could have been the wife doing the deed but they haven't said as of yet. More likely him though.

The cops said it will be very strange once they release information. No gun was involved in the murder-suicide.
