Walk- fast- don't want to look suspicious running but don't want to get caught by someone needing something either. Look purposeful, people think you have to do something important and leave you alone!

I work at home so I log off the computer and WALK to the recliner.

jog, then 'walk' to work to take more time and then 'run' as soon as work hours end. Simple!
