If your ATI 9250 is on the AGP slot, replace it.
Cheap option - ATI 9600 Pro
Faster option - 7300GT AGP
Fastest but expensive option (requires power supply upgrade) - ATI x1950 Pro AGP or Nvidia 7950GT AGP.

If your ATI 9250 is on a PCI slot (no AGP slot), tough luck, the PCI bus is SLOW and not worth upgrading the card.

There's very little to gain in gaming performance by overclocking your type of processor.

Frankly, everything needs to be changed out. You have a minimal amount of RAM and a slow processor. You really need to just change out your memory, motherboard, CPU and video card to handle modern applications.

If you running any remotely moderate game today you need to upgrade your entire computer.
