I used to order vegetable chow mien with crispy fried tofu. Then I thought, "let's be adventurous...what else do they have?" So, I started ordering things I hadn't had before. What a wonderful experience. I ordered the seafood platter (biggest scallops I'd ever seen, squid, octopus), another time I got the duck (what a heavenly marinade, made me want to suck the bones). The finest meal I tried was the coconut shrimp: unbelievable.

We like to go to a wonderful buffet that has lots of seafood items. I love General Tso's chicken, Sesame chicken, sweet n sour shrimp and lo mein

Fried rice with chicken instead of prawns.
Honey chicken with extra sesame seeds and crunchy noodles.
Mongolian lamb or beef.
Prawn chips.
Mini spring rolls and sweet and sour sauce.

I get Garlic Chicken, or Happy Family, or Hunan Chicken and I usually get a spring roll OR crab rangoon...

My favorite Chinese restaurant is buffet style . I like it because you have a wide variety of foods to choose from. I always start with the fried rice.
