You can find one on Mt. Coronet
You can also find them attached to wild Pokemon
Trade them from Battle Revolution once you get 7200 points.

There is one in the bottom entrance to Mt. Coronet. In the south water pool, surf across the water and a dawn stone will be there.
There is also one on route 225

Well, if you follow the storyline and pick up every item in caves, dungeons, houses, ect ect, you will get one.

just if you need to beat the game then keep following the trail to beat evauntelly it will show up
