Does anyone know of a cell phone (verizon plan) that will allow me to block any incomming numbers or lock any outgoing numbers? I know the Migo is capable of only dialing 4 numbers - but does only allow those numbers as incoming calls as well?

Verizon has a spot on their website where you can block incoming numbers. Or you could call customer service and they'll do it for you.

Yes almost any of the new phones.
What you need to do is get the service manual and read it and then block and open numbers.
Or, if you are not going to use the book Call Customer Service. They have a computer program and can walk you thorugh the steps. It will take about a minute per number. You need the phone in your hand.
You want to call on the weekend around 7 a.m. eastern time and at night after 7 pm.. eastern time.
used to work fro VZ and that time of day the Customer Service people and calls are slow and you will get the most assistance.
