I'm not sure what you mean by the law of radicals but I'll give you a few rules in using them.

√a * √b = √(ab)
√a / √b = √(a/b)
√a * √a = √(a*a) = √a² = a

In number theory, the radical of a number is the product of its prime factors where each prime factor is used just once.

So rad(12) = rad(2²*3) = 2*3 = 6

If you are referring to radicals in abstract algebra you need to be more spefic.
