To tell you the truth i m livin in an island and i dont want now to do a holiday abroad, it is something i never nmiss since all over the year i am forced to travel for congress etc..
I ll take a small holiday round here, in the Aegean islands, the blue of the sea...the positive thought, the sky...and all the inspiration needed to create the right atmosfere for a perfect summer...
It is like a poem everything...i hope you understand me...everything in brain, a combination of perfumes of the nature and the magic moments you share with who you love...

Not just sometimes, all the time! LOL
Can't afford the summer vacations, but the kids get to go to camp free because of my son's illness...so that's wonderful for them. We just try to make our backyard fun and have friends over etc. and my kids are night owls so half the time they aren't even up till everyone's getting home...LOL So we usually catch up on some of the good series we've missed over the Fall late night.
Wish we had at least a trailer park to go to but the MIL sold that.
Some day...as I said for now everyone is happy to splash at the pool every day and hang loose.
My kids love school so they work hard at it and really just chill for the summer.

I am lucky enough to not really have a routine, do a wide variety of stuff. I am taking a vacation over July 4th week.

I always make time for doing things I enjoy. I don't load myself down with working more than I need and not worry about wanting excess of what I really need.
Life has been a lot better since then and I enjoy life. Vacations do not have to be big spending expeditions it is using your resources wisely.

I wish I could get away from my daily routine of work.....I'd love to work 4 10 hour days and have 3 days off......I don't have a week off until the last week of August...I am going to see a Red Sox/Yankees game.

yes, i always want to break away from daily routine, do something fun and exiting, maybe even dangerous ;) just get out and really LIVE ya know? i hate doing the same boring things every day.
