No it doesn't. And that is so not hygienic. The only way to guarantee you not getting pregnant is not having sex at all.
ADD: But if you absolutely must...condoms and birth control are the way to go.
Remember too that pregnancy isn't the only thing to worry about with sex... STD's are a real threat... AIDS is all too real.

No, that's not true ! There's a decreased risk, but nothing is truly safe except for using birth control and even that isn't 100% if used improperly... Why, Why, Why is it too much to ask that people be responsible with themselves/partner when having sex.... Maybe, because it's "not cool" ? So, what is cool? Being a pregnant teenager? I think not... So, the two of you need to go to the store and find a condom isle, that will help protect you BOTH for STD/AIDS. Also, I would recommend You go on the pill just to be on the "safe" side. I don't know how old you are- but if you are already having sex and possibly with multiple partners you need to be thinking safety...

Anytime you have sex there is a chance of getting pregnant. Granted most women do not ovulate during there period, there has been times that women have gotten pregnant that way. There is not a safe time to have unprotected sex.

It doesn't guarantee it. You could get pregnant at anytime. It is just really unlikely. I have heard of it happening though.
