When WD-40 does not work, heat is about the only thing that does, but you have to heat the nut/bolt until it turns red,and apply the pressure (for removal) while the object is still red hot because if you let it cool it will shrink.By the way,did you know how WD-40 got it's name?WD stands for water displacement, and 40 is the number of tries it took to get the formula just right. Thus, the designation .WD-40!By the way,PB blaster does work better than WD-40 as a penetrating oil.

Go to your local auto parts store and buy a can of PB Blaster. It penetrates rusted parts much better than WD-40. Spray it on heavily and let it set for about an hour. If that doesn't do it, spray more. It should help significantly.

There is no easy way some time I replace everything Knuckle, Spindle. hub bearing, and Leave the rusted outside CV joint. And purchase a complete axle. After 6 hours you should cut your losses and stop by the wrecking yard. OH auto recycler's they like to be called these days. Annoy them after you get a good deal on that hub call them a "JUNK YARD"

When all else fails, I get out a propane torch and heat the NUT up to red hot, I guarantee you it will come loose. Use with caution - be aware of flammable items in vicinity.
