I would get the bunny to a vet. I don't think it has worms or the mother wouldn't reject it. We are not vets on here, or at least I am not. But I have had baby bunnies and I don't ever remember one quite like what you described. If you want it to live the only chance you have now is get that bunny to a vet in a hurry. Good Luck.

The rabbit doesn't have worms. Normally when there stomachs are bulging that is a sign they are getting plenty of milk. If it is purple, sometimes in the winter that can just be because it is cold and needs to be put back in the nest with the others.

The real tell tale signs that your baby isn't doing good is if you see some of the signs below:

1. loose dehyrdrated looking skin - almost kind of like a wilted plant leaf compared to a regular plant leaf

2. listless - not moving very much

3. pale

4. scrawny or bony looking

5. cold - needs put back with the group for warmth

Sometimes the mother can't milk as many babies as are born. If you are going to attempt hand feeding them, please go to a vet and get a formula from the for what to syringe feed them. If you syringe feed them the wrong thing you could do more damage than if you did nothing.

I don't recommend taking the rabbit to the vet. It is too small and young to transport. Take a picture of it and go to the vet. And ask about a proper formula to feed it and how often. Baby rabbits only get milked about once to twice a day by the mother.
