I try and say "Tissue" cause it sounds like "Bless you", it doesn't offend people that defy religion, and it's a nice gesture if someone has boogers hanging from their nose. The only problem is that it kicks you in the tail when you don't actually have any tissue to give the person when they want it.

Usually just bless you, but sometimes Ill be stupid and say god bless you child haha.

god bless you...its because myth has it that you stop breathing when you sneeze and saing that means that he blessed you for not letting you expire. thats the best myth i heard about it so far
