Coffee...at least 2 cups. About 2-3 hours after the coffee I might eat something, usually a bagel.

On a normal day at home, berry museli with warm milk. On holiday or feeling fancy at a restaurant it'll be pancakes, french toast (both DRENCHED in maple syrup) or eggs benedict.
