Yeah, Superchick is great, but don't count Black Sabbath unless you're VERY discerning. I was quite surprised to read the lyrics on their Master of Reality album, but they've since gone quite far astray. Black Sabbath isn't a Christian rock band, but some of their songs might pass as Christian.

Favorites? Steve Taylor, Larry Norman (the Father of Christian Rock), Ashley Cleveland, Eowyn, then there's the Newsboys, Audio Adrenaline and the even harder rocking Tourniquet, Disciple, Elder. There are so many great ones that I can't pick a favorite. Waterdeep and Paisley Yankolovich are really interesting if you want thinker's lyrics.

Stryper. I used to listen to them when I was younger. Now, I prefer Country which does have lots of songs reflecting God's love for us.
