That is a very wide question...
do you mean towards people, cultures, the media.. there are a lot of different things this could mean..
but to answer your question bluntly .. no i dont think anyone could honestly say that they were not prejudice.. because there is always something happening in their minds.. i myself know that i am prejudice and i cant help it .. but i know that as long as it stays in my head then it is ok.

Prejudice about what exactly? If your referring to other cultures and creeds then then the answer is no, we all bleed the same colour and we are all human beings regardless of any of that.
Life is to short to be Chauvinistic, Sexist, or Bigoted because of social or society's flaws. Remember its the media who play this trump card all the time.
I guess if i was to be honest I would say I bare allot of prejudice to big business, globalisation and Corporate Industry, as they are the flaws behind human society and the corruption behind mankind's need to dominate and control society as well as destroy the future of our children through the destruction of this beautiful planet...

I believe many would like to think they are not prejudice, but in all my life I have never met a person who did not judge when they saw someone they don't know.

I think everyone, if they are honest, are prejudiced about something (not specifically someone). If not by their own decision then from influence from others at least to some extent. It's impossible to live in a world like this and not be influenced by anything.
