No coffee these days gave up in January but I do drink about 4 large mugs of tea and 3 litres of water

I dont drink tea or coffee, well only on odd occasion, I drink mainley orange or d/coke.
Problem where I work is the old pit bull gaurds the coffee / sugar milk etc.... and for me to get anything is more effort than its worth.... its her one bit of power!

Once every few days. I go to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf! There, I like to order a Decaf Ultimate Ice Blended w/ Extra Whip. It has grounded sweet coffee beans in it! Mmmmm!!!!!!!
