ar,e all the offers of loans scams i have yet to see a really genuine offer all offers are either a scam or if genuine? require a deposite of many times the loan amount and why is this amount ask for , if the person had this amount of money they would be asking for a loan

They are mainly scams ..

Those that say 'no credit checks' or 'CCJ's accepted' and quote single digit Interest rates are blatant SCAMS .. they will simply take your money and then kiss you off ..

Others that are a bit more realistic (eg. 'home owners only') will still ask for £££ up front == they know full well that it's IMPOSSIBLE for you to make the repayments at the sort of Interest rates they will be able to find for you == that's why they want cash up front, so they collect their charges before you go bankrupt ...

So long they are operating on an email address from a free email provider, then they are scams.

To be sure, check their credibility from the High Commission Office or Emabassy where they are based.

Many of stupid, unprofessional people have removed the trust people had in financial service industry.
