Is i true that Harry Potter Dies in one of the book/Movies

A very sad event when that does happen..I hope not.
I thought JK Rowling mention that one of the main character will die but she did not say it is Harry,it can be anyone!

2 situation :
A/ Harry Potter will never die 'cuz he is the main character
B/ If he'll die for real,he'll die in the last book or last movie 'cuz of the same reason as A

I'm guessing that JK Rowling's going to kill him off at the latter part of the seventh (last book), so that no one will be bugging her to write an eighth HP book.
