Tumors are tricky and better he be put down with dignity. The battle of a young horse - Lost In The Fog - made is just months even with aggressive treatment and he was a young horse in top condition. It was just weeks after his diagnosis that he began having serious complications. At one point it was thought with chemo and other treatment he'd have a couple years to live - but that was wrong. Don't let this horse suffer. The toughest decision is the one that puts a favorite out of suffering...but it's the best decision.

It depends what breed the horse is and what kind of tumour it has. If you really love this horse, think about whats best for him/her. a european country wont do much for his retirement, most ppl wont take on a sick horse at an agistment poperty.
Good luck, maybe the 'green dream' is the answer.

Hi. what are you looking for? A place for him to go or transportation or what? There are places for horse retirement also in Greece, in Tripoli, as far as I know. If you want, I can find out. Or it can go to a farm in Greece, I know some people who could help you perhaps, I have a riding trainer friend who is half German and half Greek, email me if you want for more info.
