Product loyalty. Some people believe in some company's products, & nothing will change their minds. Look at the classic Ford vs. Chevy debate, or the way some motorcycle riders believe Harley-Davidson is the only company that makes a decent motorcycle, regardless if there's evidence to the contrary. Personally, I'm this way about Sony electronics, but at least I've had very positive experiences with Sony over the years (TV, stereo, & PS2).

Of course, I'm being silly & just having fun with this. Truth be told, Warner Bros. probably used to have a trademark on the Acme name or something to that effect, but I thought it was fun to play along & try to come up with a logical reason for a cartoon character's behavior (logical cartoon characters, go figure). Thanks for the good laugh. I enjoyed this.

Well, I have two theories (aside from "it's a cartoon and it's funnier if all the malfunctioning products come from the same company):

1. Acme is the only option he has. They're the only company that makes this road runner catching gear, or they're the only company that ships to the American southwestern desert on short notice.

2. One of the rules Chuck Jones laid out for the Road Runner/Coyote cartoons was that Wile E. Coyote could stop his pursuit of the Road Runner at any time were he not a fanatic. I imagine it's the same with the Acme company. Even though every product he buys from them backfires on him, he continues to buy them, just as he continues to chase the Road Runner, even though it always ends in pain and suffering for him.

because he is really desperate to catch roadrunner or he did not notice that all the ACME products backfire?

Maybe because there is only one company selling those type of products?
