exhaust yourself by doing tiresome physical exercises such as weights, push ups, squats etc and then later eat till you cant eat no more. that will put you right to bed

If you cant sleep due to anxiety or just over active imagination try taking Melatonin. its natural and dosnt usualy cause dependency. Its sold over the counter and is very affordable. It always dose the trick for me! Give it a try. But on the other hand watching the sun come up is nice too sometimes
