I have a question for all of you regarding some users typing in caps lock, what's the purpose if you don't mind me asking, does it make you look cool? In my opinion it makes you look like a retard.

I don't know the answer, but that is something I've been wondering for a damn long time. I hope someone has enough self-control to ignore the 'retard' statement and really provide a serious answer as to why they do this.

It's very annoying using cap locks, it's like they're trying to get attention.

Yes. CAPS LOCK should be used only for highlighting certain statements.

It's just used to get attention. I don't personally use it much cuz I don't really like big letters. I just use it if i'm mad at someone or when i'm expressing emotion like, "LOL", "LMAO", "ROFL", etc.

it simply mean that they want to emphasize the word that they want you to remember it..another reason is when you read it ,,it should have an angry or somewhat bad tone
