use can use nitro - but you will still have the performance of a 4 cylinder

Hardware is physical components of Computer.
Software is a set of instruction, or a collection of data.
Software depend on Hardware, also without software , computer not working. so, Normally Hardware is very high speed than software.

Without software it is difficult, but not impossible, to run anything on a computer.
But without Hardware you don't have a computer at all.

without hardware you wont have a computer to install your software on. software is a bit useless without a computer. And a computer will work with just an operating system

Im assuming you are talking about firewalls (protective firewalls), these come in Hardware (Routers) and software; programs that scan and detect.
If your connection is dsl or cable, you need a router. You will also require an antihack utility, and an antivirus utility.
All connections require antivirus. Anti hack may depend on what hardware you are behind.

Are you asking "Which one is needed for fasting a computer"? (archaeic term for going without food)
What is "One is Fast" ? Perhaps the word "fast" is the
