Burj al Arab the 7 star hotel...the food is excellent (so I've heard) but expensive..some starters over $100.
(I don't fancy taking out a second mortgage for a 5 course meal though.)
The nearby Madinat Jumeira has a choice of dozens of restaurants catering for all tastes..Japanese, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Moroccan, American, British etc, etc...you'll find what you like and trying different ones is great. There is even a boat (abra) to take you to various ones. I enjoyed it there immensely.
