I'm thinking the word is 'appreciate', but the actual question is still not obvious.
Why don't husbands appreciate their wives?
Well that's a tough one. They take them for granted, I suppose.

I am assuming that the English language and spelling are not your forte, and that English is not your first language.
Are you trying to ask, "When will the husband appreciate his wife?"

Another suggestion is to go back to school, get a degree, keep learning English, and get a better job that requires higher learning to be successful where he has no choice but to look up to you and appreciate you.
