Impossible. The government would tax the person before they got that far. You see all the governments accross the world trying to take down the person you aid not to mention. Well it would be the same or worse for anyone else. Also the trial lawyers would find some way to sue the person.

Even Bill G has a long way to go to hit that level. He'd be the most likely candidate to get there first, though. If Sam Walton was still alive, he'd be the first pick.
