Cruisinthru - he comitted perjury (actually related to the investigation at hand) and deliberately tried to impede a justice department investigation.
You pretending that this is political and that he did nothing wrong just demonstrates the absence of any sort of moral compass by those still supporting this administration.
If you want to argue he was hung out to dry by Dick - I would go with that one (and suggest that Scooter be a little more discretionary with picking his friends in the future)- but the suggestion he is completely innocent, or in any way hard done by is insulting to the concept of good government.
But earlier responses are right. He is probably not going to have to do any time - and if he does it will hardly be "hard" time.

lol you ask about LIbby in a deeming way and you don't even know what the case was about. If you had one ioda of real self respect and respect for our country you would have taken the time to read up on it and see how a good man was railroaded by a bunch of spoiled brat liberals who will not stop until they have crushed this country into the pulp of a 3rd world socialst laughing stock. How sad this country is becoming.

Libby is going to a nice cushy federal minimum security prison.
.
cripe did i write prison?
.
I meant to say, a nice home away from home where he'll relax and start writing his book.
.
The other inmates,,ahem, guests, will all be in his social group and no doubt will show him what he should wear to dinner and what desserts are really the tastiest. etc etc.
