The man you love lives a flight away. You've been together for over a year and love each other unquestioningly. He will arrange everything so you can finally be together - including finding you a job and a place to stay.

He's prepared to "phase" himself into your life for the sake of your child who has met him only on the odd occasion to cause the least amount of strain on the pre-schooler that is the apple of your eye.

Would you move, knowing it's a huge change for your child, and that little one who would be away from their father whom they love? Yes, this is YOUR one chance at happiness but what about your child and his relation connections. (And before you ask, you are most happy to allow little one to visit and stay over with dad & family whenever he or they wish)

yes and no. Love provides the motervation to connect, the relationship is something that has to be worked out. If you can win on both sides then it should be good.

Rome wasnt built in a day, and nor will a successful relationship, it will take many hardships to overcome to succeed!

This is definitely not your one chance at happiness. More will come along if this doesn't work out.
You child is too young to go off into the unknown. Research the place. Visit. Check out schools, apartments, employment, etc. for yourself. If the boyfriend wants to help in the process, fine. Just don't pack bag and baggage trusting someone else to manage your life for you. As a single parent you must behave responsibly. You can't afford to risk your life and the life of your child on pillow-talk promises. There are no real prince Charmings, honey. Wake up and smell the coffee.

if all that is true then i would ask my kid what they thought and if they didnt mind. i would totally do it. it sounds like you have a great guy, im all for putting your child ahead of a bf but i think this would be ok. if the child doesnt have a serious issue with it

You may not be able to move out of state if your husband refuses to let you. If you can. however, and you are ready to make the commitment to this guy, go for it.
