Well,it happens to all of us,except the ones who cant take a critic.But a critic has always made me a stronger and a braver person,it didnt just undermine my confidence.

Sometimes never and sometimes a lot
It really depends who is doing the criticizing and how I feel at that moment.

Only when I've screwed up. Even then, I tend to point out that I don't want to hear it until I have calmed down.
