Will Norbert return in the final Harry Potter book?

The following image is supposed to be an image of the deluxe US copy for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Note it appears to be Harry, Ron, and Heromine riding a dragon, totally different from the Harry and Voldemort cover for the regular US edition. So could this mean that Norbert will be returning for the final book? The image does kinda resemble the movie version of Norbert, only full grown.

Hmmm. Maybe. But I'm not so sure. But if he comes back, he'll be able to help defeat Voldermort!
