If you pull out the tampon the applicator (if there is one up there) should come out with it.

You would feel the applicator...if it was still there. It would be hard to miss, believe me. Your vagina is NOT that long, so it's not like it could get lost or anything, there would be nowhere for it to go either. You're cervix is too small for anything like that to enter. Usually, what happens is the two parts of the applicator come together, that is to say, the longer thinner part goes inside the thicker outer part, so that it then looks more like one-piece after insertion of the tampon. At least that's what's supposed to happen if you've used it correctly.
If you're really worried about something like that happening, switch to OB tampons, no applicator to worry about.

I think you would feel the applicator. Also it looks like you only take one tube out as the smaller one goes inside the other tube in order to insert the tampon. Take the tampon out and the applicator will come with it if its behind it.

Tampon applicators ususally come with folded grips on the top of the tube which prevents the second tube from coming out too far. If the tube does slip out too far and goes completely into your vagina, it will lodge-but it's easy to go in and get.

If you use your index finger, insert it into your vagina and carefully move around and try to find it. If it did get stuck, and you find it, either insert your middle finger or thumb and try to grab and pull it out gently. If that doesn't work, you need to tell your mother so she can schedule a gyno appointment for you so he/she can get it out for you.

go to the emergency room. my sister works at an obgyn and she says that women get it stuck in there often and other women forget they even have it. nothing to worry about, it can come out.

Yes, it's very possible. Please see an OB/GYN or go to the ER to have this thing taken out if it is there because it can cause an infection or other problems if left in.

Or just go to a doctor any doctor will do... cost less than an emergency room...and just as efficient in most cases...

Don't be worried, you'd feel it if it was there. one tube goes inside the other so the one you removed had the other one inside it. x
