I've tried ClockGen, but it doesn't have the proper plug-in, nor can I find one. I also tried www.overclockers.com but still found nothing. This is my last place to turn...

Real overclockers do it in the BIOS using enthusiast motherboards with FULL TWEAKING options. Unfortunately, laptops and proprietary motherboards do not support overclocking. Clockgen is the only popular software alternative. However, it does not support all clock generator chips. If your Celeron M360 is in a laptop, here's something others have tried:

Is your PC a model you bought from dell, hp, etc?
Cuz if it is you can't overclock.
If it isn't and you know what you are doing you can go into the BIOS and tweak the settings
