have you been drinking? think you might be pregnant? if no then you might want to be checked out in the er.

if you're having sever dizziness to where you can't walk or stand-you should be seen in the emergency room.

several things can trigger dizziness

-low/high blood pressure
-low/high blood sugar
-internal bleeding
-dehydration
-overheating

the nausea could be the onset of an upcoming virus.

-lie down in a comfortable, quiet, and dark room
-have something cold to drink nearby (ice water is best since your nauseated)take small, frequent sips-gulping the water may cause you to throw up.
-remove any tight fitting clothing
-place a cool washcloth on your forehead

if there is nobody w/you that can watch for signs of you getting worse-then call 911 or have somebody take you to the emergency room to be checked out.

otherwise-lie down and rest (while being watched closely) for at least 30 minutes to see if the dizziness subsides. if not-you need to be checked out.

dehydration is the biggest cause of sudden dizziness in otherwise healthy folks and it can turn severe very quickly. i.v fluids are usually needed to fix it.

ginger root tea. buy ginger root, cut up and boil it. might be the flu. ginger expels germs and calms stomach. *also ginger root tea with carbonized water is WAY more efective than regular ginger ale. or there is a stronger Jamaican version you can buy at the grocery store (or even a Caribbean corner store or even a store owned by Middle Easterners) called "Ginger Beer".

It might be due to high blood pressure, best if you have a check up at the doctors.
