For example I take Synthroid every day to regulate my thyroid, probably will be on it for life.
How about you?? Can you tell when you haven't take it one day? What is it, what is it for?

Also, I don't care about over the counter stuff and I definitely am not concerned about marijuana et al.
Just prescriptions for real concerns given by real doctors. OK?

Well, it's a long list, but I'll give you at least a few.
I take one for High Blood Pressure; one for High Cholesterol; one for depression; and insulin plus oral meds for Diabetes and that's only a sample. It's all prescriptions though for medical problems I'll have for the rest of my life. I also take Dilantin for a seizure disorder. That might change though with a different medication.

Same as you except I had my thyroid removed. Just added cytomel along with it.
I can go about 2 days without it before I notice. Have skipped on purpose when my dose was too high. I can tell when my dose is too high before the blood tests.

I am on one for allergies and yah i sure can tell when i dont take it, i cant breath threw my nose and i do nothing but sneese LOL, I also am on pain medication but i dont like taking that because it makes me fall asleep, then i am on another one for PCOS that i take every day and one for PCOS that i only take 10 days a month. hope this helps
