Watermelons are awesome!!!! They are at their best in July. Any earlier than that they aren't that good. I luv them!!! The seeds are kinda annoying, but the seeded are the best ones.

I LOVE WATERMELON! I love them so much I cleared out half of my backyard and planted some. I have some Black Dianonds that will be about 30 pounds and are as sweet as sugar with huge seeds. The seeds cost me $1.00 each. I also have some Jubilee's that will be about 35 pounds. And if thats not enough, I have some 1950 "Congos" that are the old fashioned dark green with light stripes that will be about 35 pounds. It looks like some of them will be ready for the July 4th celebration.
I am going to swim in watermelon juice.......and probably a few flies as well.

Saturated with vodka
get a syringe and inject the watermelon with vodka, makes a good thing even better

Love is too strong of a word, but enjoy immensely in a hot summer day, or any other day, as long as it's nice & juicy.
