if (p) is angle
complement = 90 -p
supplement = 180-p
1/6 th supplement = (180-p)/6

given
(90 -p) = (180-p)/6 - (0.05)*(90-p)
1.05 (90-p) = (180-p)/6
94.5 - 1.05p = 30 - p/6
p(1.05 -0.167) = 64.5
p = 73.04 deg

Let
x = angle
90 - x = complement of angle
180 - x = supplement of angle
__________

90 - x = (1 - .05)(1/6)(180 - x)
90 - x = (19/20(1/6)(180 - x)

20*6(90 - x) = 19(180 - x)
10800 - 120x = 3420 - 19x
-101x = -7380
x = 7380/101 ≈ 73.07°
