He certainly did.
Britain is now just a 'county' within the country of The United States of Europe.
Traitor Blair is now on track (with the help of the French and Germans) to get the top Presidential job of that country.
PS The leader of the UKIP peacefully protested against the new Constitution in a specially designated 'protest' area. The police were called and he was carted away and called a 'traitor'.
This should give you some idea of what we are letting ourselves in for. We are not allowed to peacefully protest against anything that our european masters do not agree with. Be warned.

YES HE DID!!!!!!!!! He is a traitor without doubt.! It explains why he repealed the the Treason Act 1795 during the passage of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.!! The EU Treaty is 90% of the original Constitution,so it WILL hand over vast amounts of power and British Sovereignty to the EU..........much to Angela Merkels delight! We are being led into an undemocratic federal superstate, run by corrupt beaurocrats! Big question is,are we going to allow it to happen without a fight, before this "Constitution" gets ratified??????????...

ok, so 1. what's so bad about the Germans. A lot of the money they pay to the EU comes back to help OUR farmers, etc. 2. So he had to give some stuff up, and he made a bit of a mess of it, but it was him against a whole host of other nations who wanted something different. Could you have done better? I doubt it (especially with you attitude).

he is a traitor alright, he is sabotaging our country, he should be charged with treason but the police havent got the bottle,
as regards the farmers they are going out of business everyday. he has been trying to destroy them ever since he got power, how vital are our own food supplies, he thinks things grows in fridges. we havent seen the last of this traitor, he is an enemy of the worse kind.

He negotiated the non-negotiable: British sovereignty.
I hope someone goes after him and beheads him in the middle east.
