Which is the real one and the fake one?

It's actually little of both. It's not concrete as being either "Real" or "Fake."
It is true that a lot of wrestling companies do scripting and other things to make it sort of like opera, but some do not.
The people that are fighting are actually well-conditioned atheletes as well.
As for the techniques: Some are fake, however, a lot of them are real, but they are modified in a way that makes them less painful.
For example: The hurricanrana. It is usually done in a modified way so that when done correctly, the person being thrown lands on their back, which lowers the amount of pain that is truly inflicted.
The frankensteiner: You can do it so that it ends up being like a hurricanrana, but if you modify it so that the head hits the ground: It's unorthodox to try defending yourself with it, but your opponent will be in a lot of pain if done correctly. :p
The same thing goes for things like powerbombs, suplexes, piledrivers, submission holds (I don't know of any that cannot inflict pain if done correctly) et cetera.
The truth is that most of the moves in wrestling are actually modified (And inspired by) moves that are found in Martial Arts that have been proven to inflict pain. Most of the time there are ways where the move can be modified so that they are less painful, but they aren't always done that way in the matches, and if they weren't real: People trying to do the moves at home that injure or kill other people would not be in the news on occasion. :P
So it's a little bit of both

usa american wrestling is fake (scripted). They follow plots and storyline and know the outcome before each match. Non american Japan or Mexico uses real hardcore blows. This has been openly discussed on "tough enough 1-4", ric flair dvd, and "wrestling secrets revealed (a fox special about 5 years ago).

It's scripted..so it's a little of both. It's fake in the aspect of there are determined winners and spots in the matches. It's real as in people get hurt. A wrestling match is like a play, except the wrestlers do feel pain and get injured, but most moves are performed so the least amount of pain is inflicted and injury is reduced.

Benoit's death was real, but the actual WWE wrestling is fake. Even their relationships on screen are fake, my dad's co-workers' friend helps to write the story board.

But things like Olympic Wrestling are real competitions.

WWE - Fake(Entertaiment)
TNA- Fake (Entertaiment)
UFC- Real.......

UFC is a mixture of all types of fightings and they have tournaments that are not scripted or have storylines... If you see UFC, you wouldn see Tito Ortiz grabbing the mic and saying a speech that he is the best and suddenly Ken Shemrock would appear and say : If you want some come get some(Cena's catchphrase)
