Hot tub may be still water or have jets, outdoors, and stays filled so the water will be treated with something like chlorine. Can be huge for many people to use all at once. This is a popular sidekick for a swimming pool.
Whirlpool has jets to move the water and the jets are strategically positioned at neck, low back, feet, etc to offer hydro massage, whirlpool is more pertinent to home bathtubs or therapy tubs, and usually indoors. Filled per use so it is usually tap water. Generally not shared unless it is an oversized tub for couples.
Jacuzzi is a brand name, I think for a whirlpool.

Usually an in-bath whirlpool is just a "big" tub with jets to force the water around. Hot tubs and Jacuzzis are the same thing, usually always filled with water and treated just like a swimming pool and of course, "Hot"! Jacuzzi is actually a brand of hot tubs!!

A hot tub is a generic name for the brand jacuzzi. Both have jets that help cause the "boiling" effect in hot tubs. The water is heated and recirculated very quickly.
A whirlpool is more associated with "therapy".Often, persons with open wounds and injured bodies use a whirlpool to aid in either flushing out the wound site or in getting some heat therapy from a warm moist heat.

Hot tub is made of redwood, may or may not have hydro jets.
Jacuzzi is a popular brand name for a portable spa... think of what Kleenex is to tissue. Both the above are chemically treated as the water is retained, but a whirlpool is filled and drained after each use, and is usually in the bathroom.
