I'm confused by the man. I can never tell who people are talking about. Is it "Big Brother?" The police? Anyone in authority?

this past week he has definitely been the enemy, "bastard".when he's not being the bastard enemy, he more like a lover, hell and I can get loving from the guy next door !!!!
