Though parts of it were destroyed by the Rangers, I do have to take some of the Initial blame for some other portions of the cityscape. Hey, it's never wrong to falsely accuse a group of teenage super heroes with your destructive tendencies, if it is even remotely possible that they could be blamed in the first place.

It was horrible they were everywhere in there shiny little suits just tearing down buildings and running over little tommy and they set grandma on FIRE!!!!!! and the dog I can't even say what they did to him!!
