This year my high school performed an off-broadway musical called "A New Brain" by William Finn and and there are several duets between two men. I'm not sure if you're familiar with it, but it's about a song writer (Gordon) for a children's show, involving a singing and dancing frog (Mr. Bungee), who ends up in the hospital with brain tumor (i think) and he has these ridiculous hallucinations having to do with sadistic nurses, his boss, his boyfriend (yes, he's gay), and even more singing, dancing frogs. Most of the duets are between Gordon and another male character. There's one between Gordon and his boyfriend called "Sailing" and another between Gordon and a male nurse called "Poor, Unsuccessful, and Fat". I suggest that you look into it. It's a hilarious musical with amazing music. Good luck in your search!

Neil Simon has some great scenes for 2 actors... Star Spangled Girl, The Odd Couple, The Sunshine Boys, Come Blow Your Horn... all have great scenes in them. You might also want to look at Greater Tuna, which is an entire play performed by 2 guys... lots of funny things there.
Some good musical duets for guys...

I'm a bit confused. The word "duets" means a song sung by two people. But then you mention Neil Simon -- if you mean an acting scene, that's called, um, a scene.
If you DO mean a song sung by two men, I highly recommend "Agony" from "Into the Woods" by Stephen Sondheim. It's two brothers, both princes who are charming, and they're talking about beautiful and elusive fair maidens they're in love with but haven't been able to meet -- one is Rapunzel in her tower, and the other is Cinderella. The humor of the piece is that the brothers are trying to out-do each other in how much they're suffering. It's a clever lyric, and a lot of fun.

OmnisArs is right, the best comical musical duet out there is Agony. It's from Into The Woods and the composer is Sondheim. You'll need a very competent pianist to play the piece though.
If you mean a scene, you should say 'scene'. Duet to theatre people means a song. At least it does to me ;-)
Good luck!

We Can Do It - The Producers
Prisoners of Love - The Producers
Leo and Max - The Producers
The More We Dance - Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
Dirty Rotten Number - Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
All About Ruprecht - Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
The Reckoning - Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
Both are highly hilarious, contemporary musicals, where the 2 leads, are male.
Hope this helps.

There is a Tony Award winning musical called La Cage Aux Folles by Harvey Fierstein and Jerry Herman, there is a love song between two men called ''With You on my Arm.''
It Is a very classic musical theatre song, and it's pretty funny. I hope it works for you.

I'm afraid I don't have an answer for your question, but in the future, to avoid confusion, I believe the proper term is 'duo,' rather than 'duet.'

You need to try performing, "The Star Spangled Girl" and the girl can be invisible. It's like the odd couple, with two college room mates--both of whom are writers--later enters girl. One guy likes the girl, his room mate hates the girl, girl likes the room mate and hates the guy, guy sees girl with room mate. Chaos. Good Luck.
